My London Bucket List

My Not-So-bvious London Bucket List.jpg

As previously mentioned my husband is in the army and it is very likely that we will have a new posting at some point this year. It was only once this was confirmed I realised that I have spent seven and a half years living in London, 4 of them in Central and there are still so many things that I haven’t done!

So, for the lover of lists that I am, there was only one option…

We have done many of the obvious (read: more touristy) options so here is my London bucket list:

  1. Postman’s Park
  2. St Dunstan’s in the East
  3. Regent’s Park/Regent’s Canal/Little Italy
  4. Horniman Museum
  5. Hampstead Heath and Pergola Gardens
  6. Kyoto Gardens
  7. Portobello Road
  8. Urban Meadow Café
  9. Magic Carpet Storytelling at the National Portrait Gallery
  10. Bach to Baby concert
  11. Primrose Hill
  12. Vauxhall Park Lavendar Garden
  13. London Zoo with Little K
  14. Tea House Theatre, Vauxhall
  15. Kensington Palace and Gardens
  16. Notting Hill
  17. Chelsea (streets, mews etc)
  18. British Museum
  19. Neals Yard
  20. Churchill War Rooms
  21. National Army Museum
  22. Kew Gardens

We estimate we have around nineteen weeks left in London, dates and location of the move are still to be confirmed, so I that’s over one a week to conquer.. I better get going! I’ll let you know how I get on, and what I would recommend.

What would be on your list?
